Welcome to Mastering Dysphagia, an educational website owned and operated by Poppy McMasters LLC (“Mastering Dysphagia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use govern your (“you,” “student,” or “user”) access to and use of www.masteringdysphagia.com (the “Portal” or “Website”) and all information and materials (“Content”) available through it. 

By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Portal.

Purpose of Mastering Dysphagia

    Mastering Dysphagia is an educational orientation platform designed to support speech-language pathology graduate students preparing to enter medical practicum placements. The Website and its Content are for educational and informational purposes only. 

Eligibility

    By accessing and using the Website, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age. Use of the Website by individuals under 18 is not permitted.

Intellectual Property & Permitted Use

    All Content available through Mastering Dysphagia—including but not limited to text, visuals, videos, modules, lessons, quizzes, and downloadable resources—is owned by Poppy McMasters LLC unless otherwise noted and is protected by United States copyright and intellectual property laws.

    Mastering Dysphagia and its Content represent a substantial investment of time, effort, and resources and constitute valuable and special intellectual property that must be protected from unauthorized use. 

    You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for your personal, non-commercial educational use only. 

    You agree that you will NOT, at any time:


    Use of the Website or its Content for institutional, instructional, professional, research, or commercial purposes—including by universities, training programs, companies, or other medical or educational platforms—is not permitted without prior written permission.    

    You may download and/or print one (1) copy of permitted resources solely for personal educational use, provided that all copyright notices remain intact and full attribution to Mastering Dysphagia is maintained. 

    Any unauthorized use of Mastering Dysphagia and its Content constitutes a violation of these Terms of Use and may result in termination of access and legal enforcement by the full extent permitted by law.

User Accounts

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activity that occurs under your account. Sharing account access with others is strictly prohibited.
